How Do I Get a Loan Laptop:
There are loan laptop agreement forms at the IT Help Desk available for collection or you can do the following:
*NOTE We will not hand out a loan laptop for a prolonged period of time unless this agreement is completed and signed*
- Download the attached file (at the bottom of the page)
- Open the file in Adobe Acrobat DC
- You can print this file off and hand it in to the IT Help Desk once signed by yourself and your parents or;
If you are filling in the agreement on your device please complete the following steps:
1. Then click on the line next to ‘STUDENT NAME’ and type in student name
2. Do the same with the date further in the document
3. For the signatures click on the box next to 'Student Signature' and then click ‘Configure New Digital ID’
4. Then select ‘Create a new Digital ID’ and click continue
5. Select 'Save to File' and press continue
6. Proceed to fill out Student Details as shown below
7. Press Save and repeat previous steps for Parents signature until form is fully completed
Sending Completed Form To IT Helpdesk:
- Save the file with the name of the file including your First and Last Name and student ID number.
- Email the file to ithelpdesk@stdominics.nsw.edu.au with the subject as “Loan Laptop Agreement”
- Once this is completed, come to IT Help Desk to request a loan laptop
