How to Check if my Device is Still Under Warranty:

 

  1. Open this link https://support.hp.com/au-en/checkwarranty


      2. Set Country/Region of Purchase to ‘Australia’

             

      3. Locate Serial Number on base of device, this is the numbers following ‘SN#” (all devices will vary in location on base of device)

                 

     4. Insert Serial Number into the Serial Number Field

          

     5. Once entered and the correct number of digits is entered in this field, ‘Check Warranty’ button will turn blue then press the button

           

     6. After pressing ‘Check Warranty’ the next screen will show the current warranty status of your device. If warranty is active, the word “Active” in the colour green will appear, if product is no longer under warranty the word ”Expired”           will appear in the colour red
